Snatch
- Build up to a new 1 rep max
Then,
3 rounds not for time:
- 1- 20′ rope ascent
- 10 Hand stand push-ups
- 5 per side pistol squats
Today we continue our max effort week. You will snatch for a 1 rep max. This is different than last weeks Olympic Total because you can make as many attempts as you like within our given time range. Stay focused on your technique. Proper technique is what will move the bar quickly and give you the edge to PR. Afterwards we will focus on more skills. Work through rope ascents, hand stand push-ups and pistol squats or the different progressions of these movements (not for time).
