- Snatch grip push press + Snatch Balance + Overhead squat (you pick weight)
*Rest 5 minutes.
10 Minute EMOM:
- Odd: 10 Overhead squats, 2 second pause in the bottom(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- Even: 50 Double Unders(45 seconds of attempts)(50 singles)
Welcome back to a new week and month. Hopefully this week we can not worry about weather and stay more consistent. The first half of today’s work comes from last Thursday. We were closed most of that day due to the snow so the majority of you missed out. We will be coming from the rack with a barbell complex that you can pick your weight on. Today is all about getting you more comfortable under the bar in preparation for snatching. The second EMOM is a tough one. You will basically be moving hard for 10 minutes. Stay mentally tough and grind it out!
