Clean and Jerk: 5 Rounds-every 2 minutes complete:
- 1 Clean and Jerk @ 90-95% 1 RM
Then,
For Time: (10 minute cap)
- 75 Wall Balls* (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
*Every time you break immediately perform 5 burpees(break = stopping for more than 3 seconds)
Core/Accessory:
- 10 Turkish Get Ups (5 per side, AHAP)
Welcome to another CFBC Friday! This month has been flying by. Today we will get back to our Olympic lifts. If the 90-95% is too heavy back off to make sure that you get quality reps. The goal is always perfection. Our metcon is wall ball shots with a small penalty. We are going for 75 reps but every time you have to break 5 burpees will be performed. Limit those breaks or go down in the burpee locker.
