  • …Continue up the ladder by 3 until 7 minutes expires

This week will be our “deload” week for the strength cycle.  It is important that we reduce loads and let our bodies heal.  We still want to do the movements just not at heavy loads.  Next week we will be back to crushing it. After the sqauts, we will try out a CrossFit Open wod from 2013.  This is a 7 minute ladder of clean and jerks and toes to bar.  Your score will be total reps.
