7 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (135,95)(105,75)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 10 Push Presses

Today we are going to get in some heavy overhead squats before we take on a lung burning AMRAP.  It is all barbell today!  The three sets of overhead squat s should be the same weight.  Take a few sets to get to a challenging weight and then use that for 3.  Have a good weekend!
