Then,
3 Rounds for Time:
- 7 Front Squats (155,105)(135,95)(115,75)(55,35)
- 21 Box Jumps (24,20)
This will be the last of our first week of the new strength cycle. Deadlift for 5 reps maintaining that good form. The last set is max rep/effort but don’t let your back round to get there. Our metcon will be a quick one. Mix it up with front squats and box jumps!
