Everyone did an awesome job on 15.4 this weekend! Rx’d and scaled athletes gave it all they had. This is the last week of the Open before the big cut for the Regionals. Today we will work up to a 1 rep front squat. After the Open we will be getting back into a more structured strength program, so try to make it in to establish your maxes in the next couple weeks. Get out and crush it!
