Back Squat:
- 3 sets x 10 reps within 90% of 10 RM on Monday
Press:
- 3 sets x 10 reps within 90% of 10 RM on Monday
Then,
For Time: 21-15-9
- Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
- Toes to Bar(knee raises)(situps)
Core/Accessory:
- 25 Strict, weighted pullups
Today is the last of the 10 reps! I know this has been tough, but that is why we are using the program. Nice work on sticking through it. As we have said in the past, listen to your bodies. If you need to drop the percentages a bit do that. I spent the majority of last week adjusting my wods to prevent a small back tweak from getting worse. Always let the coaches know if you are hurt and we will adjust accordingly. See you in the gym!
