We have made it to the last of our 1 rep max lifts. There has been a tremendous increase in strength throughout the gym. Even if you didn’t PR, the extra reps you were getting on the “plus” sets of Wendler showed that the strength was improving. Next week we will back off of the weight a bit and deload before we embark on a new strength program. Enjoy the weekend!
