Today is the last day of the Wendler 5-3-1 program.  It has definitely worked.  For those of you that showed up for the front squat max you saw how much strength you have gained. Over half of the attendees Wednesday pr’d their front squat and we haven’t done any heavy front squats since the spring.  I am sure we will be seeing big numbers next week as we continue finding new 1 rep maxes in the lifts.  Have a great weekend!
