- 15 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
- 15 Burpees
Another week of awesome wods and fitness improvements is here! Start off finding a 1 rep max for the overhead squat. Then move into a little couplet that promises to be spicy. Hopefully everyone is well rested and ready to kick ass this week!
