- 50 Air Squats
- Run 800 Meters
- 50 Pushups
- Run 400 Meters
- 50 Walking Lunge Steps (45,25)(25,15)(15,5)(bodyweight)
I hope you all had a Merry Christmas! Today we will get back at it with a longer burner. We all need a little bit more metcon in our lives after the holidays! This is a good keep moving, bodyweight(except for the lunge) wod that will get us back on track. See you there!
