Front Squat:(add 20 lbs to 1 rep max, then take 90%)
- 65%x5
- 75%x5
- 85%x5+
Then,
7 Minute AMRAP:
- 50 Double Unders(1 minute of attempts)
- 25 Lateral Bar Burpees
- 15 Squat Cleans(135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
- 5 Muscle ups(10 pullups, 10 pushups)
This week we are once again adding 20lbs to our big lift 1 rep maxes. From there you will take 90% and use that as a working weight to plug into each day’s percentages. Throughout this strength cycle the last max effort set is where you get strong. Push yourself for one more rep and watch your strength sky rocket!
