Hang Squat Clean:
- Build to a 3 rep max, then 3 reps @ 95%, 3 reps @ 90%
Then,
For Time:
- 100 Double Unders(100 singles)
- 15 Snatches (135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
- 50 Double Unders
- 10 Snatches
- 25 Double Unders
- 5 Snatches
Our strength/Olympic movement is new to this cycle. Today we will use the 3 rep protocol that we have been using with a hang squat clean. For your attempt to count, your hands must stay on the bar the whole time, you must start at the hang and pass through a full front squat. The metcon is a mix up of the benchmark “Isabel” and jump roping. Enjoy!
