Jump, Slam, Run
We are going to be holding on to the Reebok order for a couple more days. If you haven’t already ordered something, this is a great opportunity to get discounted gear. It is also a good time to buy some early Christmas gifts. Let us know if you have any questions. Today’s wod is a classic CrossFit style metcon. Nothing fancy, just good old plyometrics and running. Push yourself to move quickly and take few breaks. If you can cycle through the box jumps by rebounding quickly from the floor your overall time will be dramatically reduced. Slamming a ball to the floor is always fun too. There are only 10, so no need to break. Go hard and have fun!
Workout of the Day (WOD) 10/29/13:
5 Rounds for time:
- 20 Box Jumps/Steps (24,20)
- 10 Ball Slams (30,20)(T3-20,12)
- 400 Meter run
