The last day of the 3 reps is here.  Next week we will move into sets of 5,3 and 1.  Add 10lbs to your max and then use 90% of that for your working weight to plug into the percentages.  Our metcon comes to us from crossfit.com.  It is a great mix of jump rope skill, bodyweight and weightlifting.
