- 50 Double Unders (25 Lateral Bar Jumps)(50 singles)
- 20 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,13)
- 50 Double Unders
We had a lot of PR’s yesterday. It is amazing what improving your nutrition and consistency in the gym will do. Today the speed bump will be the double unders. If you aren’t proficient in double unders, yet, don’t go that route. Stick to the bar jumps or single skips. If you are getting doubles but not ready for today’s volume, I will also work with you individually to pick a good number for each round. Either way this will be another awesome training day!
