- Box Jumps
It has been quite a while since we established a jerk max solely from the rack. Today you will get the chance to go heavy. As always, if this is new to you or you just feel the need to work technique, make this a technique day. You don’t have to go heavy. Afterwards our skill work will be focused on box jumping. This is the time to just simply get more comfortable jumping, work on rebounding or go for a max height box jump. Its up to you and the Coach. See you there!
