Welcome to Friday!  Today we will start out working on some hanging power snatches with a focus on quickly turning the bar over and getting under.  This will be great beginning practice for those that are new to the Olympic lifts as well as a great way to fine tune you veterans.  Afterwards, we will continue to hone those skills with an descending/ascending ladder of double unders and power snatches.  Have a great weekend!
