Monday, March 3, 2014:
Every minute on the minute for 10 rounds:
- 1 Power Snatch +
- 3 Overhead Squats
Working weight is 60-70% of your 1 rep max snatch
Then,
7 Minute AMRAP:
- 15 Squats
- 10 Handstand push-ups(abmat, box)
- 5 Chest to bar pull-ups. (regular, banded)
Everyone did an amazing job on 14.1 this weekend! All of the registered athletes were able to get double unders and move on to the snatches. Sometimes it just takes a little push to conquer things that we aren’t comfortable with. Nice work! Today we will start off with some Olympic lifting and then have a short amrap with bodyweight movements. Everything you see today could be part of any of the upcoming Open workouts. Try to push yourself to conquer something new today!
