Games inspired CFBC events:
Event 1:
- Run 2 Mile road course for time
Rest 10 Minutes,
Event 2:
- Thruster Ladder
At this year’s CrossFit Games they took it back to 2009 for the first two events. All the athletes were flown out to Aromas and “The Ranch”. This was were the first few years of Games were held. They began with a 7k trail run and then finished with a deadlift ladder for events 1/2. We are going to do something similar today. You will begin with a 2 mile road run for time. When you finish your run you will rest for 10 minutes and then enter the thruster ladder. There will be 10 bars set up for the men and 10 for the ladies. The weights will start light and become heavier as you go through. You will have 1 minute and 1 attempt at each weight. Your score will be the highest weight successfully thrustered.
