One of the many great things about CrossFit is the program’s universal scalability.  The workouts can be adjusted for any fitness level.  This week we will be starting a new scaling program for the wods.  Along with the Rx wod, we will have two more levels, Tier 2(T2) and Tier 3(T3).  Starting with this month’s Foundations class, they will follow Tier 3 programming for a minimum of one month.  This will allow us to further prepare our new athletes for regular programming.  After one month, if the athlete is ready, we will move them up to Tier 2.  The great thing with having set scaled levels is that you can compare yourself to other athletes performing the same wod.  This also eliminates the need for you to decide on how to scale.  We want to encourage all of you to pick a level and try this out.  The specifics for each level will change as we learn and grow.  Stay tuned for more on the program this week.  This is just another awesome way that we can help CFBC athletes to improve their fitness and meet and achieve all of their goals!

  • 30 Deadlifts (135,95)
  • 30 Front Squats (135,95)

Split this up however you want.

Tier 2:

  • 30 Deadlifts (95,65)
  • 30 Front Squats (95,65)

Tier 3:

  • 20 Deadlifts (65,45)
  • 20 Front Squats (65,45)
