- 1000 Meter Row (switch at 500 m)
- 100 Pullups(jumping)
- 1000 Meter Row
- 200 Pushups
- 1000 Meter Row
- 300 Squats
- 1000 Meter Row
This is the last training weekend before we take on the hero WOD “Murph”. We have been building up and training for the event for almost 2 months now. Today you will have a teammate to help you work through this rowing version of Murph. Use this to help strategize on how to take on the wod next weekend. Try different sets of each to see what you can realistically maintain throughout the 100, 200, 300. I feel confident that we are all ready to go after it!
