  • Double Unders (lateral bar jumps)(singles)
  • Power Clean (135,95)(115,75)(85,55)(55,35)

Core/Accessory:

3 rounds:

3 halting snatch deadlifts @ 1″ above the knee (After the 3rd pause, explode into a snatch pull and perform a negative on the way back down). Work up to a weight that is 100%+ of your snatch but does not compromise positions.

Nice work on those heavy squats and snatches yesterday!  Today we will get some more practice in on the snatches.  The only way to get better is to keep practicing.  Make sure that we choose weights that will help us improve our technique and not just muscle the weight around.  I can already see everyone improving!
