For Time:
- 50 Bar Facing Burpees
- 30 Power Snatches (135,95)(115,75)(95,55)(55,35)
- 10 Muscle Ups (20 pullups, 20 dips)(T2/3-10 banded pullups, 10 pushups)
- 50 Walking Lunge steps
We haven’t seen muscle ups in a while and I realize that many of you cannot do them, yet. There are several progressions for learning muscle ups. It all starts with being able to do some pullups and dips. We all need to be pushing ourselves to get new skills. Improvement is always a long process but it has to start somewhere. Make a new goal to get that first pullup or if you are ready, your first muscle up. Wherever you are in the process we can help get you closer to your goals and eventually achieve them.
