This will be the last heavy week of the Wendler 5-3-1 program. The loads are getting heavier. Stay strong and get through the required reps today. Next week we will go through the de-loading work and then get new maxes the following week. Once we have new maxes we will be starting a new and different strength cycle. Today’s metcon comes from the Battle to the Summit competition in Asheville this weekend. We have a few athletes competing, so today will be a great testing ground for them. Help them strategize by attacking this wod yourself.
