  • Bar Facing Burpee

You are going to begin with bench press today.  Warm up to your first set and keep all three sets as heavy as possible with minimal changing of weight.  Make sure you grab a spotter to keep you safe and give you the confidence to to for those last heavy reps.  Our metcon is going to bring the heat.  All the snatches will be from the hang position and will pass through a full depth overhead squat.  For dessert you get to do an equal amount of bar facing burpees!
