We have something a little different in store for this Monday. Test your strength out in two gymnastics movements with weight. Build the weight as you go. If you don’t have pullups or dips yet, we will have some good modifications to help to get you closer to achieving them. Afterwards, we will get our legs and lungs fired up with a 1 mile time trial.
