Happy Friday!!!  We are on another quest to update the leader board.  The 500 Meter row time trial is a great short distance speed and endurance test.  Row hard, but don’t forget to pay attention to technique.  After we row we will be combining some strength work with a bodyweight movement.  Take 70% of your 1 rep back squat out of the rack and squat for max reps.  Rack it and then perform 15 toes to bar.  Should be fun!
