- 5 Handstand Push-ups (abmat)(box)(floor)
As we head into this new and exciting week we will pick back up with our sets of 10. This time it will be for the front squat. We want all three sets to be heavy, building or backing off if you need to. Our metcon is a great pull/push combo that is destined to make your Monday happy.
