Performing the barbell complex below, build up to a heavy set of 1:

  • Hang Squat Clean +
  • Squat Clean +
  • Split Jerk

Then,

  • Pick a skill and work on mastering it.  If you aren’t sure which skill to pick we will help you.

Today we have a barbell complex much shorter than the one a few weeks ago.  You will clean deadlift the bar up to the hang, pause and then squat clean.  Then return the bar to the floor for a touch and go squat clean followed by a split jerk.  Go up in weight if possible or stick to technique work.  During our skill time, you will get to pick what to work on.  Try to come in with a plan of action so that you can maximize your time.  I will be glad to suggest skills and or drills to work on.  Either way lets have fun and get it done!
