  • 800 Meter Run
  • 10 Power Cleans (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 Hang Power Snatches
  • 10 Overhead Squats

Here is another good Tuesday grinder!  Keep the weight light and your intensity heavy. The more consistent you can be through all 4 rounds, the better your overall time will be at the end.  On a strategy note, time your last power clean to start your first thruster and the same with the snatches/OHS.  Or…go unbroken!
