- 2 position clean (1x floor, 1x mid thigh). Work up to a max for the day in 20 minutes.

For Time:
- Run 1 mile
Today’s Olympic work will be a 2 position clean. You will clean the bar from the floor and then return to mid thigh for the 2nd position. Take 20 minutes to build up to a max for those two positions combined. When we finish, it is time to get a 1 mile run time trial. Good times!
