Congratulations to all of our athletes that went out and used their hard earned fitness this weekend.  We had athletes participating or volunteering in 5 different events around the area.  Keep making us proud!  Today we will work on building up to a heavy one rep in the snatch and clean and jerk.  If you are new to Oly lifting, keep it light and work on your technique.  The weight will come quickly once you have dialed in your technique.  Afterwards, our metcon has some thrusters and lunges.  Good times!
