Today we are starting a new Wendler Cycle.  We will be adding 10 lbs to your squat and deadlift maxes and 5 lbs to the press maxes.  Once you have added to your max you will then go off of 90% of that number for your “working weight”.  The working weight is the number that you will use to plug into each days percentages.  This number will remain the same until the cycle is complete.

Here is an example:  An athlete has a 1 rep front squat max of 300 lbs.  Starting today the athlete will add 10 lbs to this which puts that number at 310 lbs (300+10=310).  Now the athlete will take 90% of 310 to establish the working weight. (310 x .90=279).  We will round up so the working weight used for front squats during this cycle is 280 lbs.
