In this wod your weights will be changing each round. As the reps decrease ,the weight for the power clean will increase. Don’t get too hung up on the tier levels weights. Pick a starting and ending weight. The goal is to make some sort of increase each round. In between rounds you will be getting some good practice with your jump ropes.
