- 12 Lateral Bar Jumps
- 6 Toes to Bar(Knee raises)(abmat)
Today we de-load our strength work. Taking the percentages down and going through the movements. Get ready, next week we will be getting our new maxes. I have watched you guys get stronger every day and can’t wait until we do our max week! Our metcon has a great mix of heavy bar movements and bodyweight movement. We worked on squat cleans last week so put some good weight on the bar today and go after it.
