For Time:
- 1200 Meter run
- 21 Overhead Squats (95,65)(75,45)(55,35)
- 21 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls(same weight)
- 800 Meter run
- 15 Overhead Squats
- 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
- 400 Meter run
- 9 Overhead Squats
- 9 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
Its time for some more running! Work your way down the ladder. 3 laps, 2 laps, 1 lap with 21,15,9 sandwiched in between. Keep your shoulders active and the bar locked out during the overhead squats. Recruit as much hip power as you can during the SDHP to save your shoulders from getting smoked. Have fun!
