Every Minute on the Minute(EMOM) for 20 minutes:

  • 1st Minute-40 Unbroken Double Unders or :45 seconds of attempts/practicecomfort
  • 2nd Minute- 15′ Rope Ascent x 2 or :45 seconds of attempts/practice
  • 3rd Minute-:45 second hollow hold
  • 4th Minute- Rest

*Repeat this 4 minute cycle 5 times.

Today we will get in some skill practice.  We all need to push ourselves to learn new skills or hone skills that we already have.  These types of EMOMS are great for pushing you to do that.  We will spend time before the clock starts going over the skills and helping you to feel more comfortable or more efficient in your execution.
