- 1 Rep Thruster (score will be combined weight)
Immediately start for time:
- 100 Double Unders
- 80 Pullups
- 60 Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,13)
- 40 Toes to Bar
- 20 Thrusters with 50% of your 1 rep max from earlier (each partner must complete 10 then switch)
The “Black Friday Wod” was awesome! Nice work to everyone that took it on. Today we will stick with the partner theme and mix up a strength wod with a chipper. This one promises to challenge your grip strength. See you there!
