Friday Snatching
We have lots of new members that haven’t had much exposure to the Olympic lifts. Today is a great day to do this. We will be taking our time learning the positions and pulls for the snatch. You veterans will be working your way up to a new 1 rep max. As Coach B says “Stance, grip and position!” Stay focused on these three things(and your coach) for each lift and you will be on the way to greatness!
Workout of the Day 7/19/13:
Work up to a 1 rep max snatch, or practice positions and skill
Then,
Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes:
- 2 squat snatches @ 75% 1 rep max
