Awesome job on 13.4! We saw many pr’s in cleans, jerks and toes to bar. We invite everyone to come back on Saturday for round 2. You know you can get more reps! Today’s workout involves some rowing, running, bodyweight movements and kettlebell work. Steadily chip away at this one and then go after that 800 meter run like someone is chasing you!

- 40 Kettlebell Swings(53,35)
- 30 Pull-ups
- 20 Goblet Squats (53,35), using a kettlebell
