“Fran” is probably the best know and most hated/loved CrossFit wod out there.  It is a benchmark that all CrossFitter’s recognize and respect.  The simplicity of the couplet is deceptively evil.  It is time once again for us to take her on.  The goal of this workout is to ramp up intensity by quickly completing everything.  Don’t make the mistake of using too heavy a load and missing out on the intensity.  You will use “Fran” throughout your CrossFit career as an indicator of your fitness.  Every second counts!
