Rope Climb workout

Rope Climbs are back!

Over the next few weeks we will be repeating some workouts from last year.  If you performed these and have a recorded time, treat them like a benchmark workout.  This will be another great way to track your fitness improvements!

Workout of the Day 4/30/13:

5 Rounds for time: (last done 7/31/12)

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95,65)
  • 10 Over the Bar Burpees
  • 1- 15′ Rope Ascent
