Its back to another week of fitness.  Congratulations to all of those that took on the Battle for Brier Creek this weekend!  It was awesome to see all of you compete and support your friends.  Today we continue with the 3 rep max.  Afterwards, we will do a couplet of clean jerks and pullups.
