Spend one minute at each station for reps. Rest one minute between rounds. Repeat for a total of 3 cycles:

Fight Gone Bad is 3-5 minute rounds with a one minute rest between rounds. Your goal is to accumulate as many reps as possible at each station for 3 rounds. This wod has been around for quite a while in the CrossFit benchmark world. It was originally designed to match the time domains of an MMA fight for world class fighter BJ Penn. The first time that he performed the wod they asked him how it felt and he was quoted as saying…”Its like a fning fight gone bad!”. Thus earning its name. Have fun!
