- 15 Goblet Squats

- 9 Goblet Squats

- 200 Meter Run
Another awesome Saturday wod is here for us to enjoy! A descending ladder of running, goblet squats and handstand pushups. The goblet squats will be with a kettlebell. Typically the weight you use for the kettlebell swing is the same for the squats(unless someone wants to tackle the big boy-70#).
