35 Minute AMRAP:
- 800 Meter Run
- 15 Burpees
On average the majority of our workouts are in the 8-15 minute range. We will run it out to 20 minutes at least once a week and pretty regularly on Saturdays we go longer. There are also those short burners that leave us in a pool of sweat wondering what just happened. However, In order for an athlete to stay as generally prepared as possible, we must train longer distances and times. We all love to grab a barbell and throw weight around but we still need to go after those things that we aren’t comfortable with. Today is one of those training days. Get outside your comfort zone and work hard for 35 minutes. It is going to suck, but embrace it and we will all be better for it!
