Split Jerk:
- Build to a heavy 1 rep (technique before weight)
Then,
“Bergeron Beep Test”
EMOM:
- 7 Thrusters (75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 7 Pullups (jumping)(ring row)
- 7 Burpees
We will be focusing heavily on split jerk technique today during our strength work. You will build up to a heavy 1 rep given the best form you can show us. If its not looking good keep the weight light and drill to perfect it. Our metcon comes to us from Coach Ben Bergeron of CrossFit New England. Every minute on the minute for as long as you can complete perfom 7 reps of the three movements.
