Deadlift:(add 20lbs to your 1 rm and then take 90%)
- 65%x5
- 75%x5
- 85%x5+
Then,
For Time:
- Row 750 Meters
We are deadlifting today for our strength portion. Just like with the back squat you will add 20 lbs to your 1 rep max and then find 90% of that for your working weight. The working weight is what you use for the different percentages each set. After the deadlifting we will take on a unique rowing distance for time. This will also be entered as a benchmark in Wodify so that we can compare at later dates. Have a great weekend!
